Victor has extensive experience of over 10 years in Statutory audits conducted in accordance with International Standards on Auditing, IFRS, US GAAP, and IPSAS, along with a robust background in Tax and financial management advisory services.
His expertise spans multiple regions outside Kenya including Mauritius, South Africa, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, South Sudan and other Eastern Africa countries, providing a comprehensive understanding of global and regional best practices.
Victor’s career includes roles at Ernst & Young LLP (Kenya), Deloitte & Touche LLP (East Africa), EY Rwanda Limited, and KPMG Caricom (Jamaica), where he developed deep industry knowledge across financial institutions and various other financial services.
He is well-versed in banking and insurance prudential guidelines, as well as other sector-specific regulations.
Victor has managed a diverse client portfolio, including commercial banks, insurance companies, manufacturing organizations, telecommunications firms, hospitality entities, donor agencies, and both governmental and non-governmental organizations. Additionally, he has facilitated several IFRS 9 Expected Credit Loss (ECL) model implementation training sessions for stakeholders, further showcasing his expertise in financial standards and advisory

Naom is a highly seasoned finance, accounting and audit professional with 17 years of working experience, of which 10 years I have been working in internal audit . Previously I have also worked for 7 years in a global accounting and audit firm; Ernst & Young of which I was also involved in auditing companies in various industries.
Naom has extensive experience in internal and external audits conducted in accordance with International Standards on Auditing, IFRS, US GAAP, and IPSAS, as well as providing advisory services in financial management.
Her industry expertise spans auditing, accountancy, and consultancy, with a particular focus on financial institutions and various other financial services.
She is well-versed in banking and insurance prudential guidelines, along with other laws and regulations governing these sectors.
